How to Beat the 2 PM Slump without Caffiene

We all have that feeling in the afternoon or after a bad night sleep when we are tempted to reach for the caffeinated drink. Well I ask you to try Peppermint and Wild Orange Essential oil.  My favorite way is when I am feeling that slump come on I take one drop of each essential oil in my hand, rub my hands together and close my eyes and gently breath in the aroma.  You will feeling the energizing burst from the Peppermint and the uplifting quality from the Wild Orange.  Some times I even take these amazing essential oils and put a drop of each in my water.  Remember when you drink essential oils it should be out of Glass or Stainless Steel.  I hope this little trick gives your the pick me up you need without having to reach for the caffeine :)
