A little help for your Seasonal Discomfort

This last the season changes had been driving me crazy and this little combo has saved me!!! Best part is I don't get any of the annoying side effects like feeling groggy or tired from using this combo. You can use this combo any way you like, Aromatically in your hands or a diffuser, topically on the bottom of your feet or even over your sinuses (if your doing it topically I would dilute with a carrier oil such as Fractionated Coconut Oil) or Internally.  I don't think these essential oils taste very good together so I prefer to put them in a veggie cap!

It's quite simple, I add two drops each of Lemon, Lavender and Peppermint and I take as needed.  When my symptoms are really back I usually take one capsule every 3-4 hours.  I even use it preventively when I feel like seasonal threats are high.
