Clear up those Problem areas before Summer

It's easy to eat whatever we want all winter while we wear sweaters and jeans but every year summer sneaks back up on us.  We increase our workouts and eat healthier but many of us have some 'problem' areas around our core, hips and legs.  Did you know that you can use your essential oils to help lessen the appearance of those problem areas? The first option is take a carrier oil or lotion, add a couple drops of the metabolic blend and apply it right to those problem areas every day until you get the desired results.

Another great option is Grapefruit and Cypress, same thing use a carrier oil or lotion. Then add a couple drops of each and apply to your problem areas.
