How is your Eyesight? Essential Oils that support good Vision

Essential Oils to Support Your Vision

Many things affect our vision as we get older!  Much of it is hereditary and simple aging.  Such as a decrease in circulation which can be found in macular degeneration, increased pressure in the eyes, Glaucoma.  Other factors such as fatigue, medications, and trauma can affect our eyesight as well!

So how can essential oils help us??? Let me share with you some tips that I have found to help support your eyes and your vision.

  • Apply the essential oils around the socket of your eye, and not in the eye as it can cause discomfort. (if you accidentally get them in your eye use an oil to help dilute it, not water)
  • Apply 2-3 times per day
  • Mix with a carrier oil, I recommend doTERRA's Fractionated Coconut Oil.  I pre-mix mine in a 10 mL roller bottle.  Here are the ones I purchase.
  • Only use certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils, I recommend doTERRA essential oils.  Click HERE to get started! Or email me at Jennifer@naturalwellness.tips if you have questions.
