Support Healthy Weight With all Natural Products!

I have recently been using a lot of the Metabolic Blend products and could not be happier with them! I have replaced my breakfast each day with a Shake, One serving of this shake in water only has 66 Calories, I like to mix mine with Almond Milk but it still only has 115 calories per serving.  The Recipe for supporting weight loss is simple. Decrease Caloric Intake + Increase Exercise = Weight Loss

Do you know that if you want to lose 1 lb. a week you need to decrease your Calories or burn 500 calories a day.  So lets put this in perspective, on average there are 450 calories in a bagel with cream cheese (it may taste delicious, but that's a lot of calories)  By replacing that bagel with a Shake I have already reduced my caloric intake by 335 calories, how easy is that!  Did I mention it tastes really good :)

Now add in a 20 minute jog, the average person burns 200 calories during that activity.  So by replacing one meal and jogging or doing cardio for 20 minutes a day you could decrease your caloric intake by over 500 and be well on your way to losing a pound a day!!! How easy is that?
