Pollen Got You Feeling Down?
Is the season changing driving you crazy? All the flowers blooming and pollen in the air? I am going to share with you a little combo that has saved me!!! The best part is I don't get any of the annoying side effects like feeling groggy or tired from using this combo that a traditional over the counter gives me.
You can use this combo any way you like, Aromatically by placing a drop of each in your hands and gently breathing it in or by placing a drop of each in a diffuser. Topically on the bottom of your feet or even over your sinuses (if you are doing it topically I would dilute with a carrier oil such as Fractionated Coconut Oil and do not do put over your sinuses if you will be spending time in the sun, lemon increases our sensitivity to the sun). The third was is internally, Take a veggie cap and put 2 drops each into the veggie cap and swallow, taking every 3-4 hours or as needed. Or simply take a small glass of water add 1-2 drops each to the water, swish around in your mouth and then swallow, again repeating every 3-4 hours. I even use it preventively when I feel like the pollen count is high.
