Stuffy Nose? Steam Cup for Clear Sinuses
This is one of my favorites and heading into this colder weather many of us are wishing our airways were a little more open. You can use this combination of four essential oils in a cup of steaming water to support a healthy respiratory system. It is so simple.
- Add boiling water to a cup
- Add two drops of Peppermint, Lemon, Oregano and Melaleuca to the cup
- Close your eyes and breathe in the steam, have some tissues handy, try and tolerate this for about 2 minutes.
- Repeat this a few times a day when you need it or use it preventively when you desire that open breathing.
