The Benefits of a Daily Routine

People are always asking me about cleansing and I am learning before having someone dive straight into a cleanse it is really important that they look at these three things,

  • Are they working to reduce their daily exposure to toxins
  • Do they have proper nutritional support
  • Do they have a plan in place for proper organ support

Having a daily routine that works to decrease toxins in your body while properly supporting your body through nutritional support is really important.  Best of all it gentle and everyone can do it.  So what can we do daily to provide this to our bodies?
