Through my broken road with health and wellness following an accident in 2009, I have learned just how overwhelming it can be. I felt very alone, even with a network of people around me. Join the Natural Wellness Tips community to feel supported and guided on your journey to leading a Happy, Healthy and Wholehearted life. I couldn't be more excited about bringing this podcast out and sharing my passion with as many people as possible.

For today's episode I have a dear friend and college Lauren is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in Women’s Health and Pelvic Floor and is the founder of THRIVE Physical Therapy San Diego. Fascinated by the art and science of movement, Lauren began her career in 2012 focusing on sports and orthopedic concerns. She, quickly recognized the need for women to receive specific focus so expanded her knowledge and treatment approaches to address women's health and pelvic floor dysfunctions. She has since combined this with her orthopedic background to better serve whoever needs her help, especially perinatal mamas.
