I have recently been using a lot of doTERRA’s Slim & Sassy Metabolic Blend products and could not be happier with them! I have replaced my breakfast each day with a Shake, One serving of this shake in water only has 66 Calories, I like to mix mine with Almond Milk but it still only has 115 calories per serving. Do you know that if you want to lose 1 lb a week you need to decrease your Calories by 500 a day or burn 500 calories a day? So lets put this in perspective, on average there are 450 calories in a bagel with cream cheese (it may taste delicious, but that’s a lot of calories) By replacing that bagel with a Shake I have already reduced my caloric intake by 335 calories, how easy is that! Did I mention it tastes really good 🙂
Now add in a 20-minute jog, the average person burns 200 calories during that activity. So by replacing one meal and jogging or doing cardio for 20 minutes a day you could decrease your caloric intake by over 500 and be well on your way to losing a pound a week!!!
The other thing I do each day is add Slim & Sassy to my water or take a Slim & Sassy Softgel. When I am trying to maintain the weight I am at I will do this once a day. When I am trying to lose weight I will take 3-5 softgels a day or add a couple drops to my water 3-5 times per day.
